“It’s an honor to represent both Moses Tucker Partners and the state of Arkansas in this capacity,” said Hanson. “This appointment is an opportunity to play a significant role in impacting the Federal Reserve’s understanding of how real estate dynamics are shaping economic outcomes across the region. I look forward to sharing insights from the field and learning from my peers across the Eighth District.”
The St. Louis Federal Reserve created four District Industry Councils in 2006, each designed to provide important feedback about economic conditions in key Eighth District industry sectors. The four District Industry Councils—real estate, agribusiness, health care, and transportation—ensure conditions in Main Street America are represented in monetary policy deliberations in Washington. Council members meet twice annually to share sector-specific knowledge that supplements data collected through the Federal Reserve’s Beige Book and other economic research.
“Fletcher’s appointment is a well-deserved recognition of his leadership and depth of experience,” said Chris Moses, Principal, President, and CEO of Moses Tucker Partners. “He brings unmatched market knowledge and a collaborative spirit to every challenge, which will serve the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Industry Council—and by extension our region—exceptionally well. We’re proud to have him represent our firm and the broader commercial real estate community.”
